How does the free trial work?

Basic and Professional both come with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. During the trial you can actually use the AI assistant and see if it fits your business before deciding. For Advanced, book a call with us first.

What happens after the trial?

After 14 days, if you decide to continue, your chosen plan starts billing (Basic £89/mo, Professional £129/mo, + VAT). No contract — it's month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

Do prices include VAT?

All listed prices are before VAT — i.e. "+ VAT". Applicable VAT is added at checkout and on your invoice.

Can I cancel anytime? Is there any lock-in?

No contract, no lock-in. Billing is month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime and you won't be charged for the next billing cycle.

What counts as an outbound (company-initiated) conversation?

It's a WhatsApp conversation your business starts — for example, when you message a customer first. These carry a Meta fee that we pass through at cost, £0.04 each. Conversations a customer starts with you (incoming) are always free.

Is setup really included?

Yes. Every plan includes technical setup and onboarding — we set your AI assistant up from your own business info, so you don't have to handle the technical side.
