These Terms are between you and BOTSQUIRREL LTD, trading as BotSquirrel, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17364331) with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
BotSquirrel provides AI enquiry-management SaaS — we set up an AI assistant from your business information to answer your customers on WhatsApp, website live chat, Instagram, Facebook and email, and to record the resulting enquiries and bookings. By using the service you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must have the right to use the business information you give us to set up your bot.
You may not use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, spammy, or infringing on others' rights, nor in breach of Meta/WhatsApp or other platform policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.
Plans are billed monthly — see the pricing page. Prices are not currently subject to VAT (BotSquirrel Ltd is not VAT-registered; if this changes, prices will be updated with prior notice). Billing is month-to-month with no lock-in contract. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of WhatsApp messages and voice-call minutes. Prices, allowances and plan contents may change with prior notice. Top-ups (extra messages, extra voice minutes) are charged as listed on the pricing page.
The Basic and Team plans include a 14-day free trial, no card required. After the trial, if you choose to continue, billing starts on your selected plan. See the Refund Policy for details.
You may cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — the fee for a period already started is non-refundable, and you won't be charged after that.
We use reasonable efforts to keep the service running, but provide no hard SLA guarantee. Service may be temporarily interrupted due to maintenance, third-party providers (e.g. Meta, AI models, hosting), or factors beyond our control.
The software, systems and related intellectual property of the service belong to BotSquirrel. The business information and content you provide remain yours; you grant us a licence to use it to provide the service. Where that content includes personal data we process on your behalf, our Data Processing Addendum at /dpa.html applies and forms part of these Terms for every business customer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses; our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 3 months before the event. AI replies can contain errors, and you should review important information before it goes out.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
