Is this just ChatGPT? Will it make things up?
No — it's not a chatbot that just makes conversation. We build it from your own business info (services, prices, call-out charges, policies, FAQs), so it only answers from what you give it — it won't invent a quote or a detail. When it's not sure, it takes the customer's details for you instead of guessing. And we tune it to reply in your own voice.
How long does setup take?
Usually live in 14–21 days, depending on how much info you have and which channels we connect. You send the basics (services, prices, hours, coverage area) and we handle the setup and testing.
What if a customer asks something it doesn't know?
It won't guess. When it hits something it isn't sure about, it takes the customer's name and number and points them to you — so you get the lead instead of losing it.
Is my business data safe?
Your data is only used to build and run your assistant. We never sell it or share it with unrelated third parties. To run the service we use trusted AI, hosting and messaging providers, all handled securely.
Any long contracts? How does pricing work?
No contract — month-to-month, cancel anytime. Plans are Basic £89/mo and Professional £129/mo (+ VAT), with Advanced priced on request. Basic and Professional include a 14-day free trial, no card required — you're only billed after the trial if you continue.
