Is this just a chatbot?

The chat is the front door, not the product. Behind it is a workspace your team uses every day: an enquiry dashboard, customer records, engineer scheduling and follow-ups. The AI's job is to make sure every enquiry arrives complete and organised — your team's job stays the same, just without the chasing.

Will the AI make things up?

It answers from your approved business information — your services, prices, call-out charges and policies. It only quotes prices that appear in that information, and it never confirms appointment times on its own. When it's uncertain, it asks for details or hands the conversation to your team instead of guessing.

How long does setup take?

Usually live in two days, depending on how much info you have and which channels we connect. You send the basics (services, prices, hours, coverage area) and we handle the setup and testing.

What if a customer asks something it doesn't know?

It won't guess. It takes the customer's details, logs the question as a gap you can fill, and hands the conversation to your team — so you get the lead instead of losing it.

Is my business and customer data safe?

Each business's data is kept separate, access is role-based, and changes are logged. We use trusted AI, hosting and messaging providers and never sell your data. See our security page for the specifics.
